GymBrain presents a comprehensive solution for fitness enthusiasts, integrating a set counter with both recovery and workout timers. This app also features a dedicated High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) timer, all accessible with a single tap.

To initiate a new set, tapping “Zero” will seamlessly transition you to your next exercises. Notably, GymBrain’s recovery timer operates in a count-up format by default, which eliminates the need for frequent adjustments during varied recovery periods.
This application's configurability is one of its standout features; users can select their preferred recovery duration and alarm type and customize the countdown style among other settings. Once the first recovery begins, GymBrain autonomously tracks the entirety of your workout session.
Upon completion, GymBrain ensures a detailed record of your workouts is maintained for future reference.
